What We Do

Hi there! We’re Olga and Djordje (pronounced George-eh), the husband-and-wife team behind New York Nomads Moving. We started our company in 2016 with a mission to offer something different in the world of moving—something more personal, more grounded, and more human. It’s often said that moving is one of life’s top three most stressful events—and if you’ve ever experienced a New York City move, you probably agree.

We understand that moving isn’t just about logistics. It’s a life transition—one that asks us to adapt to uncertainty, change, and the emotions that come with it.
